Refunds

Cancellation

Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of the management. Any approved refund will only be credited to the same debit/credit card or bank account used in the original transaction.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this policy obligates CentralKolkata.org to issue a refund unless a payment has already been received for the transaction in question.
